My partner and I sat with 4 different builders by the time we sat with the Burgers and knew from the outset there was no sales pitch rubbish going on.
We gave them a description of what we wanted and they provided drawings within a week that not only had everything we wanted but exceeded expectations.
Making minor changes to these plans were done in front of us over coffee with laptop, after talking and within a few minutes these were done & re-presented to us. This direct line through the design process is something you cannot get with a bigger builder.
Once the design was signed off, the build was efficient for a large project taking around 15 weeks which included working around pool builders which they were accommodating of. Also let me use my own trades for some parts of the job where I could save a dollar without questioning warranties etc. Very easy to deal with all the way through, we got quotes for a number of items to try and save money and all the pricing they gave us was cheaper than we could get.
There was also a minimal amount of variations, mostly for items that we decided to upgrade on ourselves. Overall a great experience, a great architecturally designed and solidly built home with some very clever features. I will recommend to friends and family in the future’.

We had a very awkward footprint that we needed to build within on a sloping block with views available in three different directions. Our brief for the design was complex and specific.
The design had to conform with the extensive requirements of the estate & after some tricky manipulation the plan was quite simply perfect. - I am still amazed to this day at how expertly the plan came together. The house was built to our budget and on time by professional and pleasant tradesman who we enjoyed visiting through the build.
The most impressive part was the flexibility to make changes along the way.

When it comes to selecting a builder, you truly cannot do any better than a recommendation from somebody else.
Friends referred us to the Burgers and after a meeting with them, we knew that we had a “one stop shop” to be confident in our major renovation.
Trent worked with us to fine tune a functional design including required council permits to deliver a design within our budget. The costing’s were very accurate and any variations were discussed prior to proceeding.
Consideration to our budget was always respected and quotes given were very transparent.
Andrew, the registered builder, was always on site and his input in terms of suggesting alternative construction strategies was invaluable. All the subcontractors were excellent, friendly, and respectful and went out of their way to help. The work ethic of the entire team is to been commended as they completed the works ahead of time.
The attention to detail and the clear communication is why the Burger’s are premium builders. The end product exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend the Burgers and we look forward to using them again if we embark on another venture.

I find myself constantly recommending the Burgers, whenever anybody tells me that they are starting a build or looking for a builder without hesitation I recommend Andrew, Trent and Laurie.
With this team you get 3 builders for the price of one, they are reasonably priced, hardworking, and honest. Furthermore the communication has always been fantastic during and after build. Even when we had some minor defects Trent was always available and very helpful in assisting us with anything and any defects where dealt with swiftly and without hesitation.
At the beginning of 2013 we were just about to begin building our home with another builder, unfortunately this builder went into liquidation after one week of work. We had to start the quoting process all over again. We contacted several other builders in order to try and get the project started again as quickly as we could. We rang the Burgers in the morning and they were with us onsite in the afternoon going over plans and costing’s, Laurie pointed out some design issues that no one else had picked up on even though we had other builders look at the plans. By the end of that meeting there was no doubt in our minds that the Burgers were the builders for us.
Work soon commenced on our very sloping block with a split level home. The Burgers put in long hours with someone onsite every day. Andrew often worked until the sun went down to keep the project moving.
The build time was extremely efficient and the quality of workmanship was also very high. We don’t think we would have been able to achieve everything we did, if we had gone with another builder.

Due to the difficulties our land proposed, we needed a builder that could think out of the box. We were so lucky that a neighbor recommended the Burgers to us. We made a phone call, a meeting was arranged where we explained to them what it was we wanted.
The following week they came to our home with a structural plan and then Trent and I designed the inside. Laurie then dealt with the council and was able to get relaxations for the maximum building height and boundary relaxations where we were able to have three levels.
Before we knew it our dream home was being built. Andrew and his team did an amazing job and the finish product produced some outstanding features that are quite unique. The Burgers all work well as a team and it just made life so much easier to go through one company for everything.
